Cyprian joined Starmark in 2001as a Developer and was appointed Senior Developer the following year. Previously, Cyprian obtained extensive interface software development experience in the healthcare and publishing sectors. He also worked for Ecco Consulting, a UK software company where he developed exchange connectivity software.

Cyprian received a BSc (Hons) degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Kingston University, England in 1987.
