Eldon co-founded Starmark in 1998. He worked previously as a floor trader for Banque D’Escompte/CRT (NationsBank joint venture) and as a Local on the Paris Bourse (Matif) trading French Government Bond Futures.

Eldon received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College, Massachusetts in 1991.
